Who Can Buy From Hookah Pen Vape
Hookah Pen Vape sells to adults who are 21 years of age or older, in the United States only. There are no exceptions and no waivers for returning customers.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that the products are for your own use as an adult. Do not order on behalf of anyone under 21.
Why We Verify Age
Our products contain nicotine, an addictive chemical, and are intended for adults only. Federal law sets the minimum age to buy any vapor or tobacco product at 21. Verifying age on orders is part of keeping these products out of the hands of minors.
How It Works When You Order
When you place an order you confirm that you are 21 or older. An order may be subject to an age-verification check before it ships. Where a check is used, a third-party age-verification service may be used to confirm your details.
If your order clears, it moves on to shipping as normal. If we need anything further to confirm your age, we will contact you using the details on your order.
If Age Cannot Be Verified
If we cannot confirm that you are 21 or older before the order ships, the order may be canceled.
Misrepresenting your age, or ordering for someone under 21, is prohibited. If you have a question about an order or about how age verification works, email service@hookahpenvape.com.
