Olit Hookalit vs Crown Bar vs Geek Bar Burj

Three e-hookah brands, five devices, one question: which one matches how you actually smoke? This is the head-to-head, with every number pulled from the products themselves.

Short version: Olit Hookalit is the low-nicotine, long-session brand; Geek Bar Burj is the direct-to-lung cloud brand; Al Fakher Crown Bar is the pocket disposable with the shisha-house name. They do not really compete for the same buyer. Olit runs 0.35% nicotine across its whole range and is the only one with a refillable head. The Burj 80K is the only device of the five built for a DTL draw, with adjustable airflow and three power modes. The Crown Bar Ultra 25K is the smallest, shortest-rated and highest-nicotine of the group at 5%. Pick by draw and nicotine first, price second.

Nicotine: 0.35% vs 0.5% vs 5%

This is the biggest practical difference and the one most buyers miss. The three Olit Hookalit devices — the 40K, Pro 60K and Mega 200K — all run 0.35% (3.5 mg/mL). The Geek Bar Burj 80K runs 0.5% (5 mg/mL). The Crown Bar Ultra 25K runs 5% (50 mg/mL), the strength most US disposable vapes use.

Why it matters: an e-hookah session is long and the draw is loose, so you move far more vapor per puff than on a tight pod vape. At 5% that adds up quickly; at 0.35% or 0.5% a twenty-minute session stays smooth. If you are coming from a lounge hookah, where the tobacco is low-nicotine and the session is slow, Olit or Burj will feel familiar and the Crown Bar will feel strong. If you are coming from a 5% disposable vape and want a hookah-style draw without dropping strength, the Crown Bar is the only one of the three that keeps you at 5%.

Draw: DTL, open MTL, or pocket pull

The Geek Bar Burj 80K is a direct-to-lung device. Its airflow ring opens wide, the dual mesh coils are rated 0.6Ω, and the draw is meant to go straight to the lung the way a hookah hose does. It also has three modes — Eco, Regular and Pulse — that trade puff count for output (80,000 rated in Eco, roughly 60,000 in Regular, roughly 40,000 in Pulse). No other device here has a mode switch or a screen.

The Olit Hookalit devices are draw-activated with no buttons and no airflow ring. The 40K is rated 40,000 puffs mouth-to-lung and about half that if you pull it DTL. The Pro 60K adds a leather finish and a shisha inhale sound that plays on the draw. The Mega 200K is a different animal: a refillable head with an 80 mL tank and dual LIT mesh coils that works on its own or attached to a hookah base, so it can sit in the middle of a table the way a bowl would.

The Crown Bar Ultra 25K is the pocket option: an 800mAh battery, two airflow levels and dual vaping modes, 25,000 rated puffs. It is closest in feel to a conventional big disposable vape.

Capacity and refilling

Rated puffs run 25,000 (Crown Bar Ultra) → 40,000 (Olit 40K) → 60,000 (Olit Pro 60K) → 80,000 (Burj 80K) → 200,000 (Olit Mega 200K). Tank sizes follow the same order where published: the Burj carries 25 mL, the Pro 60K 30 mL, the 40K 40 mL and the Mega 80 mL; Al Fakher does not publish the Crown Bar's liquid volume. Four of the five are sealed — the flavor you buy is the flavor it stays. The Mega 200K is the only refillable device: top it up with e-liquid or switch to a different flavor, and its 200,000-puff figure is a device-life rating rather than a single fill. If changing flavor mid-week matters to you, that alone decides it.

Battery, charging and screens

Every device here recharges over USB-C, and none ships with a cable. Published cell sizes: Geek Bar Burj 80K and Olit Pro 60K at 1,500mAh, Olit 40K at 1,300mAh, Al Fakher Crown Bar Ultra 25K at 800mAh; Olit does not publish the Mega 200K's battery, so we do not list one. Battery size matters less than it sounds because every one of them is rechargeable — the liquid, not the cell, is what runs out. What differs is feedback. The Burj has a screen showing mode, battery and e-liquid level. The Olit devices and the Crown Bar use an indicator light. If you want to know how much is left before a night out, the Burj is the only one that tells you in numbers.

On a hookah base: only one qualifies

The Olit Hookalit Mega 200K is built as a hookah head. It sits where the clay bowl and coals would go, so an existing hookah draws vapor through the water instead of charcoal smoke, and it also works on its own with no base at all. Neither the Crown Bar nor the Geek Bar Burj nor the smaller Olit devices attach to anything; they are pens. If you own a hookah and want to keep the table ritual, the Mega is the only device in this comparison that fits it.

Common mistakes when comparing these brands

  • Comparing puffs without comparing nicotine. A 25K Crown Bar at 5% delivers far more nicotine per session than a 40K Olit at 0.35%. Puff count is capacity, not strength.
  • Assuming the shisha-house name means a mild device. Al Fakher makes low-nicotine tobacco for hookahs, but the Crown Bar Ultra 25K disposable runs the standard 5% disposable-vape strength.
  • Reading the Burj's 80K as fixed. It is the Eco-mode rating; Regular is about 60K and Pulse about 40K.
  • Reading the Olit 40K's rating as a DTL rating. It is mouth-to-lung; drawn like a hookah hose it is closer to 20K.
  • Expecting to change flavor on a sealed device. Only the Mega 200K refills. The other four are the flavor you bought until they are done.

Flavors: what each brand actually carries

  • Olit Hookalit — 32 flavor pages across three devices, with the lounge blends people search for by name: Love 66 (40K and Mega), Lady Killer (40K), Fcuking Fab (Pro 60K), Two Apple (all three), plus Gum Mint, Lemon Mint, Cool Mint and Mint Frost. See the Olit Hookalit flavors hub.
  • Geek Bar Burj — 10 flavors weighted toward shisha classics: Double Apple, Gum Mint, Lemon Mint, Grape Mint, Watermelon Mint, plus fruit like Mango and Blue Razz. See Geek Bar Burj flavors.
  • Al Fakher Crown Bar — 7 flavors, fruit-forward: Watermelon Kiwi, Mixed Berry, Mango Pineapple, with Grape Mint as the one mint. See Crown Bar flavors.
