E-Hookah Vape FAQs
Everything on shipping, authenticity, payment, age verification and returns.
Are your vapes authentic?
Yes. Hookah Pen Vape sells only genuine products from vetted distributors. We never sell counterfeits or clones — every brand we stock is the real thing.
How fast do you ship?
We ship across the United States with free shipping on orders over $80. Orders are packed discreetly and typically ship within one business day.
Do I have to be 21 to order?
Yes. All sales are restricted to adults 21 and older, and every order is age-verified at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards at our secure PCI-DSS-certified processor checkout. The available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Is my order discreet?
Yes. Orders ship in plain, discreet packaging with no product branding on the outside.
Can I return a product?
Every sale is final, so we can't take back a pen you changed your mind about, sealed or not. If one arrives damaged or won't work, email support within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video; once we verify it, a free replacement ships with your next order. Details: returns policy.
Do you ship to my state?
We ship to most US states, but rules vary. Check your state’s current vaping age, tax and shipping regulations before ordering.
How do I track my order?
Use our order tracking page or check your confirmation email for a tracking link.

Every order is age-verified (21+), card payment runs through a PCI-DSS-certified processor, and pens that arrive damaged or not working can be reported within 3 days of delivery for a free replacement in your next order (see our returns policy).
